Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 7 Days from delivery date. The product should be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging and must have an unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, sale items, and customized products, are not eligible for returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service at info@aktrendz.in with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement.
